The Joy of the Mark. The Art of the Layer. Join the Shoalhaven Art Society for a fast-paced dive into the world of abstract collage. Led by mother-daughter duo Karen and Barbara, this workshop is designed to get you "out of your head" and into the creative flow. We will use acrylics, inks, markers, and stencils to transform a variety of substrates—from old book pages and maps to music manuscripts—into unique "collage ephemera." You will learn to build layers, make bold marks, and create a "stash" of textures to use in your future artworks, bookmarks, or card making. All materials provided.
